Our Upcoming Trips - Spring 2026
Enjoy a wonderful day out on Wednesday 27th May with a visit to Belton House, a stunning National Trust property located near Grantham. Your ticket includes entry to the estate and gardens. You can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about additional admission costs. If you are already a National Trust member, you’ll only need to pay for the coach travel.
Belton House is a beautiful 17th-century country house, often described as one of the finest examples of Restoration architecture in England. Step inside to explore elegant rooms filled with history, fascinating collections, and impressive interiors that offer a glimpse into life at a grand English estate.
Outside, the gardens are just as impressive. Take a leisurely stroll through the formal gardens, enjoy the peaceful parkland, and admire the colorful seasonal planting that makes May a particularly lovely time to visit. There’s plenty of space to relax, wander, and take in the scenery.
You’ll also find a charming shop where you can browse for gifts, local products, and National Trust favorites. When it’s time for a break, head to the café located in the old stable yard, the perfect spot to enjoy refreshments, lunch, or a sweet treat in a historic setting.
For families, Belton is famous for its fantastic adventure playground, one of the largest of its kind, where children can climb, swing, and explore to their heart’s content. There are even miniature train rides available, adding an extra touch of fun for younger visitors.
With a beautiful house, stunning gardens, great facilities, and something for all ages to enjoy, Belton House makes the perfect destination for a relaxing and memorable day out this spring.
Hunstanton Day Trip – Seaside Views, The Wash Monster & Norfolk Lavender
Join us for a relaxing and memorable day trip to the beautiful seaside town of Hunstanton on the Norfolk coast. Known for its unique striped cliffs, wide sandy beach and traditional seaside charm, Hunstanton is the perfect place to enjoy a day by the sea.
Spend the morning exploring the promenade, visiting the beach, or enjoying fish and chips while looking out over The Wash. For something a little different, why not take a ride on the famous Wash Monster – a remarkable boat with wheels that drives straight from the land into the sea. This amphibious vessel offers a fun and fascinating trip across The Wash, giving passengers a unique view of the coastline and surrounding waters.
In the afternoon, we will also offer an optional visit to Norfolk Lavender, one of England’s most famous lavender farms. Here you can stroll through the beautiful gardens, browse the farm shop, and learn about the history of lavender growing in the area. When in season, the purple fields create a truly stunning sight and a wonderful opportunity for photos.
